Corporate governance of PRI Pensionsgaranti

The corporate governance of PRI Pensionsgaranti Mutual Insurance Company is based on Swedish legislation, primarily the Insurance Business Act, the regulations and general advice, articles of association and the Swedish code of corporate governance of the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.
PRI Pensionsgaranti follows the code with exception for the anomalies from the provisions of the insurance legislation and due to the fact that the company is a mutual insurance company.
The corporate governance report is not a part of the formal financial statements and has not been reviewed by the company’s auditors.
