Adjustment of the assumption of life expectancy

The board of PRI non-profit organisation has decided to adjust the assumption of life expectancy in calculation of pension liability for ITP 2 pension plan. The adjustment will take effect on 30th of June 2011. This change will result in an increase of on average 7 % for the Swedish liability. The liability according to IAS 19 will increase with on average 8 %.
With regard to the increasing life expectancy of the Swedish population, the board of PRI non-profit organisation has decided to change the assumption about life expectancy. A prognosis is already available on our website (webbtjänsten), based on the new assumptions regarding ITP 2 in book reserve method.
